Input lag

I love the hardware and artwork.. the delay from my contoller input to when the game responds is a killer on Ms Pac Man and Galaga though, which are my favorite games. It’s a huge negative to my enjoyment and ability to play the game.

My item seems to have come dirty/chipped - the lcd monitor is dirty from the inside there’s a small chip on the bottom left hand side of the monitor
