Class of 1981 arcade machine

Went to plug this in and the pcu board is flashing green. Checked all connectors to make sure they were tight, changed power supply and nothing. No video sound or picture. Pretty sure board is fried.

This is one of my favorite games growing up in my early teens. I was so excited to play it. The setup is fairly easy but time consuming.
