Purchased these for work besides PowerBeats Pro and Jabra Elite 5 , and I am impressed with how they fit. Not precise sound like Jabra but if you play with the equalizer a little bit they sound pretty good with strong bass. Finally, an app that works, you can on/off, and adjust everything. Good job JBL!

Purchased this garbage, twice in 6 months same issue, left earbud pin stuck on in case !!!

first off the sound sucks its tinny sounding bass is weak the fit is horrible there is no isolation i turned on the anc and everything got louder which was weird the tips they provide are all way to small you can hear every noise around you. The tune beams are cheaply made way to light just awful jbl been cutting corners and charging large dollars for them these buds are worth 50 dollars tops and that is pushing it i will never buy JBL ever again i called JBL support and they were rude and informed that i will have to buy 3rd party earbud tips so i said i am just going to return these garbage earbuds and buy a premium set

I bought these for work thinking they would last me longer than 3 weeks... sad how companies don't care to have a quality product that lasts a long time too... but how would they make their money. If you plan on sitting inside to listen to music with the air conditioning on with headphones in then sure buy these, if you're doing anything remotely active HARD PASS

Great buds!

Got them during the sale, and they were only 89 dollars. Giant upgrade from my old earbuds (jlab go air TW earbuds) The ANC feature works well, app is easy to use, and buds feel nice in ears. Wish you could customize the controls a bit more but it's good as it is. If you can find it on sale definitely recommend it!

Case issues, Low volume on left earbud

Doesn't charge and disconnect from phone when you put them in the case. Also after 2 months, left one dropped 50% in volume. Their bs guide doesn't do anything to fix.
