New favorite skillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful skillet, I have only used it a few times but seems to cook everything evenly, and it’s nice that it can go from stovetop to oven. It’s very quickly becoming my favorite skillet !

Super, little skillet. 2 to 3 pieces of meat or fish...consistent heat for predictability. Enameled both inside and out for longevity. Great pouring spouts to top off food.

I found a terrific recipe for cornbread in a cast iron skillet and my family loves it. We decided that instead of it being just one dish, we'd prefer to have leftovers so I needed to get another skillet. Thought (for a fast second) about getting a cheaper version but decided to stay with Staub. It was the right call, now we have two 10" cornbread dishes, plenty for us to enjoy today and tomorrow. The cherry is my go to color!
