Love My Serger!

I love my serger. A newbie to sewing this machine is great for the projects I work on. Had a little trouble learning how to thread it but with helpful tips from my daughter who also owns one I'm good to go from now on!

this is my 1st serger...i have had it for several years...a little scared of it to begin with..but i gave in and i love it..so easy...my hardest thing was the threading...but i didnt read the manual either...since i know the proper way i have had no issues...if this one quits today i will purchase another

I purchased it because of the free arm and the automatic thread feature. I also have a Brother Quatro 6000 D which sold me on the Brother name for a serger.

Best Purchase for Serger

This is my first purchase and use of a Serger. As a beginner serger, the Brother 1034D [s easy to thread and use. I'm an old fan of Brother Sewing Machines (owner of 2 in the past 40 years), I can now say I'm also a fan of the Brother 1034D Serger.

I have always used the Brother machines in my commercial business years ago and now in my part time affairs. It's a worker for sure. One problem, are the CD's sent, don't work in my computer......

It is easy to use right out of the box. The instruction books and CD's are a great help. I liked this machine so much I also purchased a Brother Sewing/Embroidery machine.

Sewing machine is jealous of my serger

I was putting off buying a serger due to intimidation. It took me a week after receiving it to pull it out of the box. Once I started it I was in love. I use it for almost everything! Makes all projects so much quicker and I feel confident when making clothing that they look professional. I recommend this machine to everyone. The only issue I had was re-threading the machine. The instructions are not 100% clear but a quick search on YouTube and I was able to re-thread.
