Finally made the leap!

I've only been sewing for two years, but after delving into making purses, misc crafts, etc, I decided to purchase a serger. I didn't consider another brand, Brother was my first and only choice! It works like a dream, and I'm using it a LOT!

Best Purchase for Serger

This is my first purchase and use of a Serger. As a beginner serger, the Brother 1034D [s easy to thread and use. I'm an old fan of Brother Sewing Machines (owner of 2 in the past 40 years), I can now say I'm also a fan of the Brother 1034D Serger.

Terrific Serger!

This serger is great. It is really easy to use, and very easy to thread. I set it up right out of the box, and started sewing. The stitches are perfectly balanced all of the time. Changing the thread was so easy I was really surprised. I would highly recomend this machine.

Lucky purchase

I found this NEW serger at a store that sells returns and overstocks, and once I learned how to thread it, and put new needles in it, it has worked and sewn perfectly ever since. I am happy with this purchase, initially I had to confer with a customer service rep who was very helpful, and a few days later I ordered a part and it was received promptly and in good order. I am Happy, Happy, Happy!

Very helpful machine

I find this machine easy to use. The only problem I have is trying to change the needles. The directions are good but my CD didn’t work. So I had to go online.

High Performance for the cost

I have been pleased with my machine. It was a replacement for another more expensive brand and I have not had any problem with the tension or feed on the Brother. I have only been using it for a month so I would like an opportunity to review it again in a year. Enjoying my machine.
