I was able to thread and use the serger right out of the box. Watching the videos and reading about the machine prior to delivery made it a breeze.

I bought this as a replacement for old machine. After looking at reviews by others. So far has lived up to what I expected it to do. Haven't used all features yet but will as time allows in my altering business.

Machine is very easy to thread. That was one of the most important concerns I had about a Serger machine. I got it and just love it. Love the speed too and all the xtra attachments too.

I am thrilled with my Brother serger. I make small fabric gifts to sell at the local craft fair, and I love having a supply of unique items for family and friends. This is my first serger and it allows me to give such a professional finish to my projects. Five stars is not enough!
