I had never used a serger in all my life but when I bought my Brother serger I fell deep in love. Wouldn't want to imagine life without it. I made my daughter's school uniforms and they looked so professional I couldn't believe that I made them myself. I also own a Brother sewing machine also the best money ever spent. I find myself online almost every day looking for new projects to attempt. My Brother "Twins" have me addicted to sewing...I love them

I am new to serger, never own or use one before and I have to say that the machine is very easy to use and the instructions included are very helpful. Thanks brother for making this nice serger and very affordable!

The serger is very noisy and sluggish when in use. The pieces of fabric that are cut by the blades end up inside the machine and makes it very messy. I oiled it several times but the machine still rattles very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
