Best Serger Ever

Years ago I tried another serger brand, it was so complicated it went back to the store. Needless to say I was very Leary of ever trying another serger, but I am so glad I gave the 1034D a try.
I love this serger, it is so easy to use.
I highly recommend this serger to first time user, you won't be sorry you gave it a try.

I really love this serger. I was replacing an older Brother serger and when it was new I loved it but I couldn't keep it adjusted. this serger and the directions that came with it are great. I was able to just plug it in and got started. It seems to have fixed all the things that weren't quite right in the 920. Thanks a lot.

Love this Serger!

This Serger meets all of my expectations and does so much more than I ever knew. It came boxed safely, with easy instructions and an on-line manual for reference. The Brother site makes it easy to register all of your products in one place. If I had one suggestion, it would be helpful to have labels to identify which tension spool is for the upper and lower loopers and which for the right and left threads. I'm sure I'll learn this quickly, but I created labels to help me with this. I also added labels to the side knobs that will assist me until I become more familiar with the functions of a serger. I have three Brother machines - an embroidery machine, sewing, and now a serger. You can't go wrong with Brother and the services they offer.

So Glad I Purchased!

Fully threaded & ready to go exactly as advertised -- serged across sample fabric piece included and then re-threaded with my own serger threads and was off making practice pieces. LOVE it; no regrets; great machine for a great price!!! Wonder why I waited so long to buy?!

Sewing machine is jealous of my serger

I was putting off buying a serger due to intimidation. It took me a week after receiving it to pull it out of the box. Once I started it I was in love. I use it for almost everything! Makes all projects so much quicker and I feel confident when making clothing that they look professional. I recommend this machine to everyone. The only issue I had was re-threading the machine. The instructions are not 100% clear but a quick search on YouTube and I was able to re-thread.

Great Machine

What a surprise to see how easy it was to thread and use this machine. I have arthritis in my hands and also a trigger finger on my right hand but am able to sew with no problems. I had purchased another brand but was having trouble threading so I returned that model and decided to give this one a try after reading all the reviews. Even though I have been sewing a long time and previously owned an industrial type of serger this one meets all my expectations, give it a try it is a great investment and the pricing cannot be matched.
