No Bluetooth card ! Guess I assumed that was a given these days - either that or its broken but since support is only open Mon-Friday 9:00am “ 6:00pm California Time it makes it hard to call and wait for help since I have to work...... They don't provide a detail list of components I guess for a reason.
Delivered with the burn-in software login still active so It kept booting to an Administrator. I eventually figured out how to get out of it and have the PC start up like it was the first time but kind of a big boo boo. It really sucks when you have to spend the first hour of a new PC just getting it to start up....
Two stars might be harsh as this is a good value PC but no bluetooth and support only 9-6 CA time M/F is going to make me think twice before I upgrade the other pc's in my house......

Was shipped quick and arrived undamaged on time. Part lottery wasn't bad, can't complain at all for the price. Though I did move the radiator to the top and installed 2 addition 140mm fans for extra cooling. I would recommend they ship with top mounted radiator.
Also I had to enable xmp in the bios for full ram speed. But overall a pleasent experience! Plays everything 60+fps on ultra settings at 1080p, and most games ultra at 1440p.

This pc is great ive been having it since last October it is doing a great job and nothings bad so far one thing i will mention though that im alittle disappointed in is that i didnt get the rgb fans in the back and for the cpu i only got the front so i think i got a outdated version

I bought this PC recently for myself as an upgrade from my old laptop, I love it! I think the best part about it is how quiet it is, all I can hear is a soft hum from the fans, otherwise, this PC is silent. Great build!

So far i am happy with this PC. A couple things of note: the ram that was sent is not native 3000 MHz, i noticed my ram was running much slower (2133) contacting customer support on the chat their solution was to overclock (loading xmp profile in bios) this now has me at 3000 MHz but worth noting for anyone expecting native 3000 ( i am disappointed by this). Also this computer started out very loud, this can be adjusted by making sure the PSU silent mode is turned on (just a switch on back of PSU). the middle picture is also a bit deceptive in that I do not have a usb c port as can be seen in picture and in fact the rear of machine looks quite different from images. overall i am happy with the machine but there were a few disappointing things as well.

Arrived fast. Came very well packaged with no damages at all. The instruction manual can be a bit better however, the parts all run very smoothly and the graphics are great as well. The RGB lights are also a nice addition, but I wish the RAM came with 16gb. Overall, very pleased with the pc and would recommend.
