I love the included components. The case is a surprising little wonder. Obviously the GPU is the reason to get this system and it works as advertised. If I were only reviewing the hardware I'd give it 4 stars. A 240mm AIO would give it 5 stars.
However, I have to dock an extra star for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, the rear 120mm Fan was installed the wrong way. Guys, you don't want your exhaust fan to be blowing back inside the case. This is basic stuff. My other issue is that not all accessories that normally come with components are present. I would expect such practices with OEM products. But a company that seems focused on building great systems should, in my opinion, give you all of the cables that come with the PSU.
There are some other odd choices, such as installing Patriot Viper RGB software, but the included RAM is non-RGB XPG. Some of the cable management decisions were questionable at best, but it's workable for the most part.
All in all, we have a motherboard that tends to run warm, a NVMe Gen 4 SSD with no heat spreader, an RTX 3080, a Ryzen 7 3700X cooled by a 120mm AIO - a combination that will run WARM! - and the exhaust fan was put on backwards.
If this weren't such a great product overall, this would be a horrible review. However, the product is great; the service needs a little work. Please take care of your customers.
