Help: I'm missing the canopy part!

Apologies for the delay -- I've been quarantining elsewhere and just opened this box yesterday. The chair itself is in good condition, but there are 2 problems: 1) The canopy part is missing!! This is the only reason I chose to buy this chair. It's very important to have the canopy to keep the sun out of the face, for many reasons. Can you please send me the canopy, so I can safely use this chair outside? 2) The cutouts/slots in the drink holder tray are very poorly cut. They're not clean cuts at all. There are pieces of hard plastic hanging loosely from the cutouts, but the plastic is too hard to cut with scissors.

Love almost everything about this chair. The locks to keep it the desired position are not very reliable. Still a great chair. LOVE the canopy feature.

I love this chair!!

I bought this chair in 2017, and I absolutely love it! It is so comfortable, and I love having the canopy so I am not looking into the sun. And of course the cup holder is really convenient - it holds my water bottle, cell phone, and Kindle perfectly. I've just left it outside year-round, so it is rusting in spots, and the elastic on the band connected to the head rest is completely shot. But it's still held up pretty well for 3 years, and with a lot of use. I highly recommend one of these chairs!

These zero gravity chairs are great! Very comfortable, easy to set up and take down and the drink holder/shelf is really nice to have too.
