The first time someone sat in it for 10 minutes, it broke. He was 30 pounds under the weight limit. The company addressed the issue right away and to my satisfaction.

Love the Chairs!

The quality of these chairs are great and extremely comfortable. The locking feature works great to lock in a certain position, and love the cup holders that come with the chair. Great addition to our summer patio.

Chairs are rusting not even a year later

While they advertise that they're steel, these chairs are so rusty, and it hasn't even been a year. When I called to talk to them about it, he asked me if they were outside. I reminded him they're "patio chairs," so yes. I recommend you look elsewhere for your zero gravity chairs, unless you plan to keep them in your livingroom.
