Quick service shipping was very efficient boxes all in good shape. All parts were supposed to be labeled but nothing was labels so we label everything first to make it easier for us I should’ve taken an hour to two hours for two people that usually put things together pretty quick all in all very comfortable my wife is very satisfied with it and enjoying it out in her Lanai

The shade will NEVER look like that. It will slump downward no matter what you try. Pillows tie to frame, they are not built in. Very thin.

Great piece of outdoor furniture

I absolutely love my chair. There is nothing that I can say that hasn't been said. Except, I wish they sold replacements for the cushion and canopy. First my canopy ripped and then my cusion. Other than not selling replacements, I love this chair.

I purchased this item for my daughter and she was really excited when it arrived. She says she is very pleased with the chair and its in constant use. No problems so far. Would recommend it.

In South Texas it sunny all the time and order this chaise to enjoy the outdoors. Did not get canopy and can not get a replacement. So do not take a chance.

Do not buy. The chair fell from the base after about a month. Luckily nobody was sitting on it when it happened. It had only been used twice before it broke for a few hours at the most and by average sized people(under 200lbs).
