Great Quality Product

These chairs are extremely comfortable and you don’t slide down in them. You have a cup holder, cellphone holder, and a place for your sunglasses. Made by the manufacture from top rate materials. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!!! You will NOT be returning this product unless there is some manufacturer’s defect which is not the fault of the seller. Great shipping!!! No damage to the box or materials inside. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Rusting and paint washing off from rain

We put our chairs out around the pool the beginning of July after we had repairs finished on the pool and after only 6 weeks, the chairs are rusting and when you turn them on their side, rusty water and water stained with the chairs' paint comes pouring out and stained my pool deck. It's not giving me the option to post photos.

Adjustment knob will not hold position

The adjustable headrest is a great feature. The chair is comfortable to a point but the footrest is not designed for comfort of an average sized adult. I am 5'6" and it hits me right at my achilles tendon. I ended up ordering a tubular cushion for that bar, which makes it tolerable. However the main problem is that the knob you use to set the recline position does not clamp down hard enough to keep you from gradually returning to an upright position. It's annoying. A locking lever would be better. The side table is nice but easily tilts when you use it-you need to be careful setting a drink on it. Right now for the price I am going to keep them for camping but if I were to use them every day I would return.

Not for older folk-beautiful product

I had a problem getting out of it but didn’t care because it was so comfortable. The 2nd time I got in, I fell all the way back and hit my back and head on the concrete. I bought a double rocking chair instead. It’s a great product, but not if you are older

Luxurious comfort in my back yard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chairs are very comfortable, I love the cup holders, but they do not stay reclined. You have to keep tightening them to keep them reclined. I do like their portability.
