[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both chairs arrived with broken sun shields. Company had GREAT customer service and immediately shipped me 2 replacement chairs. Although the sunshades were intact on the new ones, all 4 chairs rusted in the 1st week I had them.

The fact that you can easily set it up and take it down is an added plus, as well as being able to stay out of the sun if it gets too hot.
