We bought it a month ago, frame was a little damaged and dented. Hubby fixed it so we could attach it together. The umbrella part is a bit lightweight and when it’s to windy it bends but other then that it’s a great purchase.

Bought this chair for my wife as an alternative to an ugly hammock. Wow, really a comfortable chair to relax in (an attached drink holder would be a great add). Very easy assembly, especially with two people, I did it myself so it must be easy. All parts very easily identified and the way they pack the bolts on cardboard individually wrapped and identified should be the industry standard. Best of all, my wife (and I) love it.

Was missing a piece upon assembly, replacement sent. Wonderful customer service. Difficult for one small person to assemble, definitely want an extra pair of hands. Very relaxing and sturdy chair. A little big not sure storage for winter will be convenient but enjoying during summer months.
