I bought two sun deck chairs and when it arrived, one of the hook grips was broken.
I worked with Jeddah at their customer service and she make it right by sending another replacement chair which is unbelievable customer service!!
She is very professional and kept me informed till the delivery of the replacement chair.
I highly recommend this company as they truly stand behind their products till you are completely satisfied.

It was cheaply made from thin plastic. I do not think it will hold up well in the elements. The "locks" to hold the chair in position do not work.
