Quality chairs for a great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality chairs for a great price. Putting them together is a little challenging but not too bad - took about 20-25 mins per chair. Cushions seem to provide adequate padding. One chair was damaged in shipping and they had a new one to me in just a couple days. Excellent customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 2 chairs. One was split or damaged. So I was able to get another one. It was damaged in the same place. The leg area was cracked/split... Customer service was great but product not so much since the wood was cracked in the same place on 2 different chairs

Looks great. One small dent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great. One small dent in wood from damage to packing but not enough to return it. Fairly easy for one person to assemble with some balancing maneuvers. Looks fantastic. Side table slide to either side with ease.

Horrible fading

I loved the look of the chairs in the beginning, and the function is great, but they faded horribly in the sun within a few weeks. I ordered the Navy blue ones. The sun was Wisconsin fall sun that was not even bright. I flipped over the this summer, and sprayed with a sun protectant and they still faded horribly within less than a month. Would not recommend. Only on here to see if there’s anyway to get replacement cushions in a less fadeable color since they look so embarrassing.
