Love the suitcase. Do not love the anxiety produced by being unable to open the suitcase for an entire day. Customer service rep helped, but my husband solved the problem by giving the latch an extra strong push, which opened it. The "instructions" (which were inside the locked suitcase) are ludicrous. It's a drawing of the latch and lock with red arrows indicating which way to push the lock. NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. No help with changing lock code. Just go to u-tube videos. Sampsonite is an icon of luggage. Surely they could produce a comprehensible set of instructions.

Sturdy and easy to roll. TSA lock was a little difficult to change the combination to but it is nice to have. Disappointed that even though it is labeled as an international carry-on size it is too big for Delta carry-on but they have the dimensions listed so just be sure to check what your airline restrictions are

I have had this for a few years and I love the wheels and how they flow. I don't like the divider in the middle, if you fill it full of clothes, the divider won't close all the way. Call me I will help you design a suitcase that is practical. Also, the handle was always wobbly and it snapped at the neck. Everything else is in great shape...but one can't use it without the handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super spacious inside! Love the zippered side. Bought two while on vacation at a Samsonite outlet because I loved the light blue color and my husband got navy. Ordered the black for my son when we got home!

It’s been 2 years and 6 trips after they are still strong. We are a family of 4 and I chose white , we get so many compliments . You would think that they get dirty fast but they really not . Very happy with my choice .
