Labeled a carryon when it's too big

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can see right on this website that it's too big to be a carry-on for almost every airline. I guess if you only ever fly on southwest, you'll be ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsonite Freeform carry-on spinner suitcase. It’s incredibly lightweight and the spinner wheels roll effortlessly and it doesn't tip. The best luggage purchase I’ve made.
This exceeds every airline's 2026 size limits. Only good for checking!

Hello, we appreciate your review and feedback. The product pages on our website should contain both the external and internal dimensions of all our products because we know how important it is for every traveler to have a suitcase that fits both their needs and belongings perfectly. That said, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We will reach out shortly to follow up and see if there's anything else we can do to assist.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now bought (2) large spinners and (2) carry-on spinners. They have held up very well, and I have now travelled around the world with them. They're very light to tote around (even when full) and well-designed. Highly recommended...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned for over 6 years and has held up very well. Yeah you will get some scratches from airport travel and just opening it on the ground, but the zipper sections and vinyl have held up remarkably well, even when I put some strain on it. Also a second zipper can be unzipped to expand the internal capacity, which has helped me on several occasions. Overall a capable, compact, and, if you care, stylish, rolling suitcase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had a chance to check it out. Haven't traveled with the case yet. It seems sturdy, roomie and very functional. Can't wait to use it soon!
