Why does it say carry-on while it’s 23 -inch which exceeds carry on restrictions from all airline companies?

Meh- not very solid

Each time we’ve used our bags something fails. The zipper failed the first time, the second time a plastic piece ( I think the built in tag)came loose and we were unable to reattach. Seem to get very scratched up so, our new luggage looks worn, right out the gate. (No pun intended) . We have 3 of these but next go round we will likely look elsewhere since there doesn’t seem to be a good warranty for these kinds of defects.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not compliant with 90% of airline carry on guideli

Beware!! I bought 4 of the carry on 21" since my airline carry on was 22" However with the wheels these are 23" . Great luggage but not for airline travel.

this bag BARELY meets the carry on size requirements for many airlines and doesn't meet them at all for some.

Not Really A Carry-On

This bag was highly-rated on multiple review sites, so I purchased it for an upcoming trip. When I received the luggage I was impressed by the quality of the product. When I checked the airline website to make sure it would meet their Carry-On dimensions it wouldn't qualify. I recently checked the Samsonite Chart and only 3 out of 31 airlines consider it a Carry-On Luggage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Navigating Convenience, Scratching Concerns

I recently used this luggage during our 2-week trip, having used it only twice. The luggage is easy to navigate, which I found particularly convenient. I chose the white color after reading some reviews that mentioned it easily gets scratched, thinking that it might not be as noticeable. However, I was disappointed to find that, despite its color, the luggage accumulated quite a few scratches after just two uses as a carry-on. I wish they could improve the scratch resistance to better maintain the appearance.

Great bag but too big for International Carry-on

I really wanted this bag and had just clicked "add to bag" when I looked carefully at the size limits for international carry-ons for various airlines (I'm really glad Samsonite made it so easy to look at these rules!). This bag missed it by 1 inch! Maybe on the next update of the Freeform, they can cut off an inch. Didn't want to take the risk of being forced to check a bag.
I would recommend this to a friend!
