He was respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable about getting our washer and dryer up and running. Our case was not the easiest to manage but he managed it very well with great resolve. Good experience and the product works great.

They look very nice in my new laundry room. That said, they're smaller (inside) than I realized. The dryer doesn't seem very efficient. Takes over 2 hours to dry a load of laundry. Could be operator error, still trying different cycles. The dryer filter is kind of a pain to clean as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
