Superb Picture & Sound Quality and Great Looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and upgraded from our older model Samsung TV to this NEO QLED and we are so happy with it. The QN90D sound option is amazing. It's clear and so robust that we've put off adding Samsung's latest sound bar. Picture quality is outstanding when 4K or higher resolution content is available. Installation took two of us because of its size but setup/registration was a breeze and connection to a supplemental app equipment was seamless.
Best TV we've ever owned.

We’ve been amazed absolutely every time we turn it on. Especially enjoying the high quality drone nature and citywide footage that’s shot all over the world. Looking forward to adding a sound system to it soon. love, Love, Love it.

Wonderful TV with Stellar Picture and Sound

Roses are redder. Violets are bluer. The picture on this TV seems sharper and brighter, and the colors seem truer. We've owned this television (a 43" Samsung QN90D) for a little over six months at this point, and I can honestly say that this is an outstanding television in terms of both picture and sound. In addition, the operating system (Tizen OS) is simple to master, and downloading additional apps has been quick and easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great picture but sound fluctuates from quite to loud. My older Samsung TV keeps the sound perfect from whispering to explosions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV definitely excels in the picture quality but the setup is somewhat cumbersome. Going through the menus can make you a bit frustrated but if you are using smart things app it gets better. Took me a while to figure out picture settings that Iiked but I once I git it setup, I am very happy. Q symphony is superb because I paired it with Samsung soundbar. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a large screen TV

Video died after,2 weeks, picture was mediocre.

I bought this set in early December 2024. The picture is OK, but not as good as I was hoping for. I was watching an early morning news show at 6 am, and all of a sudden, the screen turned black. The sound stayed on. I fooled with the remote, the HDMI cables, cable boxes, inputs, nothing. I noticed that when the set turned off, it no longer displayed the thin, horizontal white line it usually did. This confirmed the video was gone. I returned it to the store. Bought an OLED TV of a different brand—much better picture. We'll see how that one lasts. A real disappointment. I have many Samsung TV in my house, this one was a bust.

I bought this TV about six weeks ago, it’s the brightest, clearest, best TV I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend this TV.
