since purchasing my samsung i have not had a problem out of it. it has a great picture with brilliant colors and a very clear picture.

We really like the new tv, it has a great picture and with new sound bar sounds great.

Bad Decisions Samsung

I have two Samsung TV's. Samsung downloaded an update Christmas Eve (widely reported across the internet). My DVD player on one TV and my Amazon FireStick on the other both stopped working due to the update. Samsung performed an update from the original operating system to something new, which is problematic and not as easy to use. I can't even figure out what was once easy. That is why Samsung is getting 2 stars from me. As far as the screen, it's pretty nice but nothing fantastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
