The memory size and motion rate for sports is challenging. Overall I am pleased with the TV based on the value but would advise on spending more money and moving up in quality if you are a TV snob like me!

TV is easy to navigate and has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great clarity, love the brightness and resolution. My main issue with the TV is that it gets glitchy with content from YouTube, not sure why the refresh rate is having trouble with some of the video transitions. Reach out to samsung and they did not provide a solution. They just had me play some testing videos. Issue is mainly with youtube but recently started with other networks as well. Great TV, quality is great and sound is great as well but it has issues with the refresh rate. A little disappointed since this was a replacement for our last samsung qled from about 5 years ago.

Thank you for sharing details of your experience with the YouTube app. This may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:

1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Additionally, to optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care, which improves your apps performance by freeing up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Open e-Manual, then select Device Care.

Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent TV but disappointed in the picture. Took several months to receive the TV once I got it I expected an exceptional picture compared to my LG non-4K. There’s really no difference in the clarity of this TV. My expectations were much higher.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung's QN90D TV. If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings.

Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.
