Great watch

I recieved one of the first black titanium Mk3i 43mm available on the market in the USA. So far it's been a great watch and I'm still learning new features. I haven't been diving with it yet but I hope to change that soon!

I love so many features about this watch! It not only keeps track of my steps but my respiration and sleep cycle and HRV status. I customized it to have a pink face. Love it.

Best thing since sliced Bread!

Purchased this about a month ago and I already love it. I've always loved Garmin watches. I recently had the Fenix 6 and a separate dive computer, and I've been waiting a year for Garmin to release the Mk3i and couldn't be happier. I have only got in some pool time with the Mk3i with a trip planned next month to see how it does.

Fantastic and Gorgeous watch - Garmin for the win.

I have been a long time Fenix and Epix user, but was looking for something with a beefier look to it without jumping to the 47mm watch. I think the Mk3i is extremely aesthetically pleasing. My main sports are running, alpine skiing, and biking so the dive component is significant overkill, but the EPIX is amazing, so it was an easy decision. I love this watch.

This watch does almost everything

Initially the high price chased me off from the descent series, but then I realized they were actually a good deal compared to the cost of a technical dive computer and a topo GPS smartwatch. The 200m depth rating introduced in the mk3 series allows me to to use it on all my dives.
The 43mm size works out great. Its small and light enough that I don't notice it's there, and it doesn't snag or get in the way. The screen is easy to read and has plenty of detail. I think the higher resolution and AMOLED display really help here.
The watch is so full of features it's easier to describe what it doesn't do. It doesn't have its own cellular or satellite link, but that's about it.
I recommend getting the bungee wrist attachment for diving because the silicone wrist strap can become loose and slip off as your wetsuit compresses at depth.
My only complaint is that while there are many watch faces available, there are none that have everything I want to see. I really wish Garmin would develop an app or webtool that allows you to build your own watch face, instead of having to learn Monkey C.
Overall I am extremely happy with this product

I'm so excited!

I demoed an earlier version of this watch for my local dive shop when I did my checkout dive because they knew I was a pretty avid Garmin device user, and I LOVED everything about it except the size. The watch made my dainty, little wrists look like twigs, so I knew it'd never be a watch I'd use very often. I've waited patiently for this smaller version with the transmitter option & it looks GREAT in person. The functionality is perfect & the screen size is great for me. Cannot wait to use it on a dive!

Multiple features

I love that this dive computer not only is easy to use diving, but that it has multiple features to be used when I'm not in the water to help track my health & exercise. It's definitely worth the investment.

Great features! However still having some issues

I bought this watch because I am an active scuba diver and active sailor. There are many things I like about the Mk 3i (43mm) and many things I do not like. I wish the watch would automatically going into sleep mode, the battery life is not as good as advertised. Watch seems glitchy at times and when on do not disturb mode at night it will still buzz with notifications. I am not sure if I have a defective unit or not.
