I received my product and the same day the motor keeps making a loud rattling almost grinding sound! Really disappointing as I have been so excited about the product

Purchased on October 19,2025. When it arrived we set it up according to the directions and it has been making ice like a champ, until December 29,2025. It’s not making ice now.
