Totally concur with other comments. I have owned this machine for 9 months and have yet to find comprehensive directions on how to use it. I needed several spare parts and had zero reponse from the company's support. I now need to disassemble the machine to move it to another location - my "instructions" will be to download the installation video and play it backwards...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an exceptional home gym that offers a surprising range of workout options for its size and price. For someone who has utilized fitness centers and large universal gyms for most of my life, I was skeptical. Once I tried it I was so pleased with the results, I cancelled my gym membership and have never looked back. With the combination of the workout plans, videos, and the equipment, I have never seen more consistent and immediate results!

Can't say enough good things about this equipment. Buying a cable machine for the home can be daunting, but we landed on this one and couldn't be happier. It does everything we would expect. It's smooth to use and was really pretty easy to assemble. Highly recommend!
