Looks nice, but for very low capacity only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product looks nice, powered on, and functions.
I was aware that it would have a smaller capacity, but a couple of towels is it’s maximum.
I’ve also yet to have it dry something fully.
It didn’t meet the needs we had hoped for in our basement.

I’ve been without a w/d for 3 weeks now. I’m 73 and having to hand wash and ring out then hang outside . I’m very disappointed in the service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
