I'm I'm fairly happy with them they sound good but no matter what size earbuds I use just don't stay in my ears. They don't go deep enough in my ear canal to be secure.

Thanks for your feedback. We recommend ensuring a tight seal in your ear canal by angling the earbud slightly downward and gently twisting it into place. Please experiment with all the provided eartip sizes to find the best fit.
Bought these after losing some JBL Vibe Beams I had. Sound quality and battery life are both very good. My complaints are more so with design. The touch feature is somewhat sensitive so I'll often end up switching modes or pausing music when I go to adjust them which can be a pain. Also not a fan of the case. The lidless design has led to the earbuds falling out when I'm reaching in my pocket or scattering if I ever drop the case. I would recommend them if you're not traveling a lot with them.
I purchased these ear buds about 6 months ago. They are my first pair of buds, so I can't compare them to other products. I am disappointed with these ear buds. It's very surprising that they get such good ratings. I find the sound quality to be poor. It sounds like I'm listening to a transistor radio from 1962. Also they will not stay in my ears. I've tried different positions and different cups to no avail. They will not stay in my ears for more than 5 minutes. I'm not moving around. I'm sitting at my computer trying to watch YouTube. Forget about trying to eat something with these buds in. They will pop out the minute you start chewing.

In order for the JBL Vibe Buds 2 to give you the best fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. The same goes for individual songs, some are louder than others. It is possible that the output level of your source device or song causes the unit to reach maximum undistorted volume before actually reaching 100% on the volume control. On the other hand, if you are using an Equalizer (EQ) to boost frequencies, this has the same effect as increasing the volume. Try turning the EQ off and let's see if it fixes the issue. I like these earbuds. The touch sensor is kind if finicky but once you realize that you can adjust them without pressing a finger flat on the surface its perfect. They fit me well and I love the blue color. I don't mind the open case feature and the sound is amazing. I like the ambient aware mode. It lets outside noise in and the noise canceling works perfectly too.
