wont connect

have to return these (ordered three in different colors for my daughter, son and niece), they don't stay connected to their chromebooks, connects then drops the connection. Other headphones I ordered works fine connecting to chromebook, but not these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great headphones for an everyday person (definitely not an audiophile). Amazing value and the refurbished seem brand new. Only wish it came with a carrying case.

Robotic noises or distorted sounds every 30 mins

I bought the 500BT five months ago. I connect to my laptop via bluetooth to listen to music, and make calls. I noticed every 30 minutes or so, the sound would become distorted, almost robotic or slow-mo. I have to turn the headset on and off in order to fix this. I hear others having the same problem. It's so frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Tune 500BT:
1. Please try using a different music player and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off.
2. Try pairing the headphones to a different source ex. (phone,tablet) for us to check if the headphones will have sound using a different device.
If steps 1-2 didn't work, you can also reset the headphones:
Long Press of volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When reseting, LED will blink faster.
