Cheap feeling

These feel extremely cheap in your hands, the plastic feels very flimsy and the buttons feel like they could break very easily.
Audio is OKAY and range is pretty good too
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charging cable not working

I am familiar with the Tune 500BT but this time, it came with a charging cable that did not work. That is not what we expect when we buy brand-new headphones.

Great sound for the cost

I ordered two pairs of these for me and my son. Initial impression was that the material around the ear seems a little thin but I don't know how well it will last as we have only had these for a few weeks. As far as sound quality goes these things sound amazing. They pair easily and have easy to access buttons . They do a very good job at eliminating outside noise. You are kind of in your own world with these on listening to your favorite tunes. I sat beside my son and he listened to them at a pretty high volume and I could not hear what he was listening to while sitting beside him. Sound does not leak out form these headphones. All in all I am pleased with these. Sound is amazing with great bass response and pretty clear highs. I got them on sale which makes it an even better deal.

Worked well for 2 months, now they won’t charge nor turn on. 30day return policy is insufficient. Luckily we got them at 50% off
