Setup is easy, the wireless subwoofer adds a strong punch, and movies and games feel truly cinematic. It’s an excellent upgrade from TV speakers, especially for home-theater lovers, though adding rear speakers would enhance surround depth even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded my home theater setup with the Samsung Q Series 7.1.2 ch Soundbar + Subwoofer (HW-Q900C), and I’ve been blown away by how much it’s transformed my viewing and listening experience.
The Dolby Atmos support is no joke—it really does create a surround sound feel that fills the whole room. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or just streaming music, the sound is immersive and crisp. Dialogue is super clear, which was a big issue with my last system, and the wireless subwoofer adds some serious punch without being overwhelming.
One of my favorite features is the Q-Symphony, which syncs the soundbar with my Samsung TV's speakers. I didn’t expect it to make a huge difference, but it actually enhances the soundstage and makes everything more dynamic.
Setup was a breeze. The soundbar connected instantly to my TV via HDMI eARC, and the subwoofer paired on its own as soon as I plugged it in. I will say, if you want to dig into the more advanced sound settings, you might need to look up a few guides online, since the manual isn’t super detailed.
A few things I wish were better: I’d love more options to fine-tune the sound profiles, and navigating some of the deeper features could be easier. But overall, those are minor gripes compared to the overall performance.

It really does create a 'surround' sound, the bass is accurate and there's plenty of fine tuning available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was able to get this while on sale and the value and performance is incredible. Was coming from a different premium brand that always had trouble syncing with my Samsung TV and Xbox, but as soon as I plugged this in that issue went away. The sound quality is great, and I think the rear speakers do a really good job of bringing the room together. I don't really have any complaints other than that I wish I had made the change sooner.
