Fireplace heater logs

The reason for my purchase was mainly the desire to bring some life to the unused fireplace in my apartment. As much as I enjoy burning logs, I’d prefer my living spaces to not smell like smoke. This heater provides just that, it creates a realistic fire effect which can stay on, with or without the heater function being turned on. This makes it great for display purposes. The heating function itself works well but given my apartment’s layout and high ceilings, it appears to work best within a couple feet, which is not optimal in my case.
The power cord could be manipulated enough to fit along the corners of the fireplace floor, cable management will be different for others but I had to use an extension cord (outside of the fireplace) to reach the power outlet.
Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it for those interested in bringing that cozy fireplace vibe without the smell/ smoke.

Easy plug in fireplace

Wow! Have never installed anything that easy. Literally took it out of the box, placed it in the fireplace, plugged it in and Voila! Flames and heat! It looks great! Love that there are 5 brightness levels for flames. The heater works well also. Pretty neat! We have no burn days all the time, so this lets us use our fireplace to set a cozy mood. Just awesome!

Straight from the box into setting and the heat is on point. The look is great. Wish the cord was longer or at least indicate in description location or side cord is on.
