[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a workhorse to replace my dearly departed stand mixer and am thrilled with this purchase. Simple to use, handles my large, heavy batches of chunky GF cookie dough with ease...and looks great doing it! The cast iron texture is a gorgeous contrast on my counter...and b/c it is such a classic, elegant look will transition when we replace counters and backsplash. Wasn't able to upload my photo...but take word for it: this will be a long term relationship.
