Quick and Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my red kitchen aid mixer to make the greatest cheese cake ever. Could not make a great cheese cake without it. I can cream the cream cheese for 4 minutes until smooth and blending in the other ingredients in a single bowl making it Quick and Easy to end of job.
