I live in a house with well water and no water softener so it is important to me to have filtered drinking water. Waterdrop has made it possible and affordable. We use our tabletop system all day long.

Itis a little hard/tricky to change the filters on my water drop pitcher, but once you get the old one out the new one slips in easily

The old filter is stuck,so I can 't replace. A bad design. Because I really liked the pitcher I purchased a smaller one with a different type of filter.
