Well built and attractive

I bought this about a month ago, but it took a long time to arrive and I needed enough time to put it together and then move it outdoors. It finally got moved to the deck yesterday, got turned on for the first time, and started perfectly. It looks very attractive and hopefully will add enough warmth to the deck to enable us to sit outside on chilly days and nights. Time will tell. My only disappointment so far is that the glass tube in the middle is actually two tube joined together; not quite as attractive as the pyramid heaters I see everywhere.

Would highly recommend this patio heater. Easy to put together, took 2 of us 30 minutes. Puts out amazing heat. We were on our porch at 20 degrees and could definitely feel the heat it was giving off. Bonus the flame provides great ambiance!

I bought this glass unit last month. I just assembled today since it’s 56 deg F. Assemble went fine. The only issue I have is the label that covers the gas valve and igniter arrived partially unglued. I will call for a. We one since it also hides some screws and had the lighting instructions. It was the best packaging I’ve seen. I was worried about the glass tubes. We have a minor imperfection on the glass that you can feel. I will call about a replacement since it could be a source of a crack under heat.

Bought this for Mother's Day present. Assembled fairly easily and was ready for Mum's Day. beautiful, easy to use and warm! Then Memorial Day came with temps in the 40's!!! And the heater came thru again. Wonder what July 4 has in store?...
