We are really happy with our patio heater. The color of the product is exactly what we wanted. The parts are made with non corrosive materials where it counts (even the nuts and bolts are stainless steel). The overall quality and fit and finish seems to be good. Rhe assembly was easy, and the best part was that it lit first time with a single button press. What more could you want?

I bought this heater a month ago and have been thrilled with it! It was very easy to assemble and get started and it looks great on our patio. There is a great range of heat and I'm delighted to have it extend our patio time.

Exactly what we needed

Replaced an older unit that had rusted out and was not easy to keep lit any more. We have a swimming pool and the color of this one is perfect. Very easy to assemble and everything fit together well. Fired up immediately. My old heater had the pole attach directly to the top of the propane tank cover which made it flimsy and crooked every time we moved it. The tank cover on this one is mounted to a more substantial frame under the tank cover which makes it way more sturdy when laying it over to move it. Very happy with this purchase.

Our two Fire Sense propane patio/deck heaters arrived in excellent condition. Each was found to be of high-quality construction and materials. All the parts were present and the assemble instructions were simple, with helpful graphics and easy to follow.My wife and I found no need for a youtube “how to video”. We were pleased with our selection of the aqua blue color. It was painted perfectly with the durable Powder Coated method. We were somewhat confused about the lighting procedure at first. Practicing several times without the gas on made our confusion vanish. We have used both several times now finding them to work smoothly. We are very pleased with our purchase at a reasonable price.

The heater is better quality than I thought it would be. It was easy to put together and it looks beautiful. I don't think it would hold up in a commercial environment but sitting on our patio it should be fine. I would have liked to see more washers just to protect the paint under the bolt heads but it's together now.

Stylish, Easy to Assemble, and WARM!

I bought this unit from Sears. It arrived in good shape, very well-packed. Assembly took about an hour (putting together to top shroud was the most time consuming part even though it was very easy) and the unit worked as expected. We were very warm on a rather chilly evening as we sat on our patio under the heater. And my wife LOVES the color!

This heater works well most of the time. Had some issues with stability (solved with extra washers), fuel delivery (being addressed now, hopefully), and the auto lighter (it lights with an external lighter).
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product was fairly simple to assemble as the instructions and hardware package are thorough and clearly labeled. Mine did arrive with a dented base cover so need to see about getting that replaced.
