this natural gas patio heater met all expectations, easy to assemble and works well

I was able to assemble the unit in about 1 hour after opening the box. All parts were there and assembly instructions were sufficient together the job done. The unit worked easily on first live test, after I added the ignition battery, it helped that my natural gas supply line was a proven solution, as I connect my BBQ there too. I noticed that the heat radiating down from the heater was a bit stronger 2-3 feet from the heater pole as opposed to right beside the pole, I suspect that has something to do with the reflectors on the heater top panel.
Overall I am quite happy with the heater after 1 week of initial use, and hope it will add 2 months or more of outdoor enjoyment to our backyard experience here in cold Toronto area.

Well priced patio heater

Overall I am very happy with the natural gas heater. Relatively easy to build and fires up very easily. My only complaint is that if you want to use this as a portable heater and move it around there is no way for it to be secured to the patio unless you want to bolt it to the ground which I don’t want to do as I like to move it around. With the propane patio heaters the weight of the tank keeps it from tipping over however with the natural gas heater it is extremely tipsy and any little movement by wind or even slightly touch will cause the heater to fall over. I have searched the internet for a gizmo that will help keep it in place and as of now no luck

Bought 2 of these heaters - one came with a slight gash in the hose. Contacted Alex at CS via email (sent him some pics too) and he replaced the ENTIRE head at to cost!
A month or so later I noticed that one of the heaters had issues with the poles not tightening - contacted Alex again, with pics, and he shipped me 2 new poles without charge!
Just can't beat a company like that!

Easy install and operation

This heater is a great addition to our new marble pool deck. Looking forward to using it in the fall to extend our outdoor pool use. We did paint the black plastic base to better work with the pavers. Not having to lug around propane tanks is a big plus for this heater!

We bought this as a gift for my mother for our lake home. It works amazing for late night drinks and conversation on the deck looking at the water. We will use this all year round!

I owned a bar for 19 years and always hated the outdoor heaters we bought at local hardware stores. They were always cheap garbage from China. At home however I found this product made in the USA. Other than an issue with the original starter, I loved the thing for 2 years. I just bought a 2nd and the quality seems to be even better.
