This is our second Fotile product. Great product with no issues so far. Recommended for 30” ranges if tours cooking high heat or pan fried foods.

I was a bit skeptical about a brand I never heard of but I am glad I gave Fotile a chance and I am not regretting it all. First of all, customer service was really great. I spoke and text messaged with Jeffrey and he made sure the vent would fit by asking me to take pictures and taking measurements. Customer service also help schedule someone to come and remove my old under cabinet microwave and correctly install the new Fotile vent. If you speak Cantonese, and you live in the NY, NJ area, I would recommend getting Mr. Ming. Mr. Ming was very precise and took a lot of measurements to ensure it was installed correctly. You can really see the vent working and pulling all the fumes and oil in. Thank you Fotile.

Looks really nice. I thought it will take up too much room but I was wrong. The design actually helps to get the smoke to be suck in the right direction. Now no left over smell in the kitchen after cooking.
