Cordless Vac, and Dyson Hairdryers are terrible ,

Do not buy Cordless Vacs or Dyson Hairdryers - the cost is outrageous, and they do not last - Dyson Canada does not stand behind their products - bought both products and they lasted less than 2 years. Not happy !!!

Trigger mechanism

This is my second purchase of a Dyson V11 Vacuum. I did have my initial vacuum replaced twice while under warranty. Each time it was an issue with the trigger mechanism. I once again had a problem with the trigger mechanism (third time) but unfortunately it was no longer under warranty so I purchased another. Other than the problems with the trigger mechanism I was pleased with the vacuum's performance. Dyson needs to correct the trigger mechanism issue. I hope they get this review and act upon it so as to correct the issue which is probably caused by the wear on the internal plastic trigger parts.

Not worth the money

We have had many Dyson products and really enjoyed them however when it comes to vacuums they’ve been a disaster. We are now on our 3rd Dyson vacuum and each one has died slightly outside the 2 year mark (jokes on us for buying more). We have bought expensive replacement batteries to try and keep them alive with no long term luck. Out of the box they work great but I think a vacuum at this price point should last longer than 2 years. My recommendation would be to steer clear.

Très léger, facile à manipuler, pas trop bruyant et surtout ramasse super bien les poils d’animaux! Sans compter que celui-ci passe très bien sous les lits et sofa facilement! Je ne regrette aucunement mon achat!
