I have a dog and he is shedding like crazy right now. It's so handy to grab it off the wall and use it whenever needed without having to worry about cords.

This is a perfect vacuum just a little heavy. It was a present to me from me. Cleans better than my Miele and so convenient.

Easy online ordering and fast delivery.
Went from V7 to V11 so new style canister.
Runs quiet with good suction. Feel that it could be a bit more powerful TBH.
Good battery run time.
Would buy another Dyson when this dies.

Great vacuum

Works beautifully with a lot of suction. Tiny bit top heavy for the arthritis in my hand, but much more maneuverable than my old canister vacuum.

Light, powerful and easy to use

I did a bit of research, followed by reading some reviews, and I went to look at the actual machines at Best Buy. The purchase process was very easy, and it was also easy to assemble the vacuum cleaner at home. Everything worked as promised, and it produced a surprising amount of dirt in areas that I thought were already clean. Overall, it’s been a great success.
I would recommend this to a friend!
