[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do the environment a favor and don't buy this mouse. Not because it's bad, but because they ship it separately of your PC and all the way from China! Just imagine the carbon foot print to ship an individually packaged mouse across the ocean by air! Lenovo could have included the mouse in the same box as my PC which also came from China and yet they choose to ship it separately.
As for the mouse itself, it should be used as an excellent example of Marketing 101. Base mouse with black scroll wheel $16. Exchange black scroll wheel for red scroll wheel, $32. Want a red scroll wheel with "Thinkpad" logo, $46. Otherwise exactly the same thing. Lenovo, also time to change transmitter port from USB-a to USB-c.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
