Camera features are definitely improved. Photo Editing Features are Amazing.
The Galaxy AI Features is still a learning Experience.
Only Disappointment between S25 And S20 models is the Expandable Memory with a Micro SD Card is no longer an option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although i don' use galaxy AI much, everytime i tried to use it it do the job greatly. The image editing and manipulation by AI works like magic. The device overall is pretty amazing, very responsive and is the screen is great. The only sidedown to it is the screen is not fingerprint resistant enough for me and i end up cleaning it a few times per day. Also the usb c port keep accumulating dirt and lint and i have to clean it or doesn't connect to cables and don't charge. Overall still amazing and i might skip upgrading for one generation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Galaxy s25 ultra is so big it fits in my hand well I have a magnetic case and it makes driving and working so much easier. The picture quality is top notch it's quick and I use AI all day whether it's personal messages notes to myself work college dissertations I use this AI for everything. It may as well be my best friend in my pocket. And then I have a stylus I can pull it out and draw jot notes absolutely amazing. I take photographs to watch the progression of my salt water tank photographs of my Sphinx cat my carnivorous plant gardens and I can get those really close close small details there's just nothing that compares.

Galaxy AI is the standout feature—it’s no longer just a gimmick. The AI Agent feels like a genuine assistant, handling cross-app tasks effortlessly, while the ProVisual Engine works magic in the background to clean up every shot. Speaking of shots, the 200MP main sensor combined with the new 50MP ultrawide produces staggering detail. You can crop into a photo and still find clarity you’d expect from a professional DSLR. Nightography is also vastly improved; low-light videos are crisp and virtually noise-free.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy provides raw power that handles AAA gaming and heavy multitasking without breaking a sweat. And the display? The 6.9-inch AMOLED is breathtaking.
