Fantastic show but missing season 6 disc 1

I bought my series, and I was confused why Season 6 had No Disc 1.
But, there was two Season 9/disc 1 cd's ?
Can anyone explain this?
Because I'm not spending MORE money to ship the collection back for replacement or credit!
