Outstanding Battery and Insights. What immediately impressed me was the battery life. I get a solid six to seven days of use before needing to charge. The charging case is small and convenient, making top-ups incredibly fast and simple. This long battery life means I can wear it nearly 24/7 for continuous, uninterrupted data collection.
The health metrics it captures are fantastic. The sleep tracking is excellent, giving me detailed insights into my sleep stages, movement, and vital signs like heart rate and skin temperature.
