[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Seamless action across Apps" absolutely - I loved my phone, then I added the watch - perfect partners - now the ring - WOW I am blown away with how the Samsung Trio works so well together. Body temperature and blood pressure must be added soon and every available effort to integrate app reporting with Dexcom so all reports could be displayed on both the Phone and the Watch ⌚️ 😀

This is a great invention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Monitors everything from steps to sleep quality to skin temperature and snoring. Great for keeping track of my fitness without having to manually log anything in my phone, I don't even have to pick my phone up as it syncs when they're in the vicinity of each other. 10 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring largely for the slim form factor that still provides data for things such as sleep and HR. I have much work to do. My sleep score is poor but the intent for getting it has been backed up by capability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring to see how it does with sleep tracking along with other health items. I know I would never wear my watch to sleep on purpose so I was hoping this would be a great substitute. I would give it 5 stars if the ring could track without the need of the phone needing to be near to track things like steps.

Great little device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung ring is a great alternative health tracker compared to the galaxy watches.
I can't tell you how many times I've woken up with a watch imprint on my face. The ring being so much more compact and unobtrusive means that you can sleep comfortably with it on.
The automatic sleep tracking is great and does a great job of estimating your sleep times with the Samsung app. It's even caught my dozing off when I take a nap in my chair.
The battery life is amazing and while wearing it 24/7 I only need to charge it about every 5 days when it starts to get low.
The finish on it is great and from what I can tell very scratch resistant. I usually end up grazing my hand on door frames fairly often and so far I haven't gotten a scratch on the ring thanks to it's concave design.

Works very well. I like it becuase I no longer have to wear my watch 5 pro to sleep any longer since this ring records and tracks all the same vitals as my watch. Works together with the watch so there is no double recording of steps and/or other vitals when I am wearing both during the day.
