Amazing ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly where my ring when I sleep cuz I would mess it up during the day when I work out. But I've never got to track my sleep before an it is wicked accurate it knows the second I hit the pillow to the second I open my eyes. And will tell my everything that happend all night. It's such a good health tool for someone whose active and wants to improve there sleep ans health or anyone who likes extra access to gestures. I love that I can use it as a camera remote. Overall amazing product

Poor battery life

Tracks my sleep, helps with my sleep apnea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sleep apnea and the Galaxy ring is extremely helpful and monitoring my sleep and ensuring that I'm getting quality sleep through all phases of sleep. It has a user interface which is very easy to use and Samsung health and it gives me all the necessary data that I need to monitor my sleep performance and see if my CPAP and other medications are working effectively. It is an additional member of my health team and provides critical information. Highly recommend.

Love my Galaxy Ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price was my only deterrent in the beginning, but I'm grateful for the convenience of this device when I can't, or sometimes don't want to, wear my Galaxy Watch. The battery life is pretty good, and it recharges in the case fairly quickly. The light display around the ring base, indicating the current charge available in the case, or the charging level of the ring when inserted, is a nice touch as well. That I am able to keep track of my activity throughout the day helps to keep me more accountable towards my fitness goals.
