[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a Samsung ring is amazing. I love. I can just turn off my alarm in the morning with a tap of my fingers. I love seeing how my sleep cycle is or my step count while walking and having the ability to take pictures with my fingers and not touch the camera on my S25U it's so intuitive.

I love everything about this ring with the exception of it being metal. I cannot wear my galaxy watch to bed so this allows me to still track my sleep, not to mention all the other things to help me with loosing weight and getting back in shape.
